1. Intellectual Property & License

The core course materials, including but not limited to the Blueprint, workbooks, text, graphics, and structure, are the exclusive property of Crin AI LLC and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these core materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Exception for MRR/PLR Bonuses: Certain bonus materials explicitly labeled as having Master Resell Rights (MRR) or Private Label Rights (PLR) (e.g., the 800+ Faceless Video Library and Canva Reel Templates) may be modified and resold by you, subject to the standard terms of MRR/PLR digital licensing. This exception does NOT apply to the main course curriculum.

2. Action-Based Refund Policy (30-Day Guarantee)

We believe in our system and want you to succeed. We offer a 30-day action-based money-back guarantee. Because our products are digital and immediately accessible, refunds are not granted for mere changes of mind. To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have done the work.

Refund Requirements:

• You must submit your refund request within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• You must provide proof that you have implemented the system by providing links to at least 10 Reels published on your Instagram account using our frameworks and strategies.
• If you have followed the steps, posted the 10 Reels, and seen absolutely zero traction or growth, simply email our support team with the links, and we will issue a full refund.

3. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

Any earnings, income statements, or growth metrics discussed on our website are estimates of what is mathematically possible. They are not guarantees of exact results. Your success depends on your individual effort, consistency, market conditions, and audience engagement. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the digital products via a download link provided on the confirmation page ("Thank You" page) and sent to the email address you provided during checkout. You are responsible for providing a correct and active email address. The download links and the provided digital materials are for your personal use only. You agree not to share, forward, copy, or distribute the download links or the files to any third party.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
